Naew Na reported the death of a 36 year old factory worker at an apartment complex in the Sai Noi police jurisdiction in Nonthaburi near the Thai capital Bangkok.

 

Daruree was found face down with her neck slashed in a bedroom on the first floor of the three story block that has 70 rooms for rent.

 

She was wearing cream colored pajamas, there was no sign of a struggle and there was blood spatter on the bed and walls. 

 

There was evidence that a weapon had been cleaned in the bathroom.

 

A man (later possible disputed) was caught on CCTV driving off with her motorcycle at 3.38 am on Sunday. 

 

A friend told the media the victim was a brine factory worker. The friend had called her and got no response. The door was unlocked so she went in and discovered the horror after turning on the light in the darkened apartment.

 

She had last seen her on Saturday. She didn't know about any possible boyfriend.

 

Police said that at 8 pm on Saturday a person with long hair - either a man or a woman, they couldn't be sure - had arrived.

 

They asked that that person contact them so they could be ruled out of their inquiries. 

 

This was the same person that drove her motorcycle away after 3 am that Naew Na earlier asserted was a man. 

 

The victim's phone is also missing, said police as investigations continue.
