Have you tried the plunger and garden hose first?  

Drain King fits on the end of a hose and the bladder expands and forces a water stream thru a clogged pipe……sometimes. Depends on what’s clogging the pipe of course. 
If the clog is severe, a plumber snake would be the next step. 
Can find the Drain King on the usual e-commerce shopping sights. Try Lazada.

These guys did a really good job. Turned out to be more complicated than we hoped for. The connector to the septic tank had collapsed as the drainage pipework connecting to the tank was misaligned during construction ten years ago, so broke and slowly blocked up. They dug out pipework and replaced.

They just unblocked our drains/a toilet and charged 1500B. Not especially cheap (they weren't here that long) but happy to pay that to get things sorted.

If you go to their website, you'll see at the bottom of a page a link in English. "Drain Service". Click on that link and the page has lots of info in English.
