Featured Replies

Hi, from UK. Currently on Non B. When it's close to expiring could I get a 60 day extension based on having a Thai child.

Thanks for the help.

Normally yes with birth certificate child, wife id, housebook wife, housebook child, copy passport, copy visa, 2 photos and 1900 baht.

That is correct if married to his child's mother. His child will need to be with him when he applies for the 60 day extension.

Not married to the mother(divorced). Can get birth certificate and a copy of daughter's house book, probably not the original. Not on friendly terms with the mother unfortunately.

The might want a copy of your divorce decree to prove you are no longer married.
