Do you know how long before expiration date a non-o retirement can be renewed at Nonthaburi office ?  Have you ever had any unpleasant experience with that office ? This will be my 1st time at that office. Personally I would rather to go to chaeng wattana if I could (immigration law is more clear). 
when I asked from 2 io I did not receive any clear answer. I just heard that "about" a week or 2 before. 

You might need to brace yourself for having to pay a "generous supplement" over and above the standard 1,900 THB for a retirement extension at that particular office according to this thread:-

I can recall people doing online reporting  to there. Very few offices don't process them and just leave them pending.
