what do i need to enter country and travel with thai family that lives in BKK as far as covid shots and restrictions and time tables? Can a thai citizen fly from BKK to Phuket with one covis shot ?

What forms  do I need to enter the country in the next 2 weeks  and travel  with my extended thai family to  phuket from BKK?   Can they travel by air with one covid shot  or are two necessary  to travel  and can they stay in phuket ?  What forms  should I have before I fly  I have  all covid  shots  and  card 

 

Are you fully vaccinated and from one the listed countries to qualify for a no quarantine stay?

I think it is now allowed for Thai's to travel to Phuket by air now watthour being fully vaccinated but they do need a recent negative covid 19 test.
