Sorry to hear about your issues with the Thailand Pain In The A$$ site don,t feel bad thousands of others have failed after numerous attempts. I knew well enough long ago not even to bother and save my life a great deal of stress, money, loss of time, and depression. Once I saw the words Covid insurance for those already vaccinated which I saw coming months ago that sealed the deal. With a family in Thailand I have not seen in almost two years in short I told the Thai government to stuff it. I suggest you and others do the same.

I was on hold for 45 minutes before being disconnected. Now the system appears to be overloaded as i cannot even select the English line.

I agree the Thailand Pass is a poor system and should have been introduced gradually for various embassys a bit by bit and ironing out issues on the way, keeping the COE until the Thailand Pass was perfected. I disagree with you about the COE, it was easy to understand and having used it twice very quick.
