That image reminds me of a time when (whilst intoxicated) I foolishly fell asleep at a friends house party and my "friends" went to town with a magic marker on my face whilst I slept.

We got markers in our faces when we were young and drunk.

Today rapartists imitate that look with tattoos.

When you see stories about foreigners like this is it any surprise that the gov wants to try and move upmarket? I mean, can you blame them?

As opposed to the Thai citizens who steal underwear or shoot their existing.

People can be irrational regardless of their net worth.

********************************************************************

Along with his inability to control his emotions/temper

is his inability to wear his mask over his nose !

What kind of self loathing makes a person put that much 'graffiti' all over themselves.

You've heard the saying ... "Would you put a bumper sticker on a Ferrari ?"

He ain't no Ferrari !

is not marijuana legal now? marijuana cafes on every corner, drinks, cakes, and all the rest

not a user, but since when marijuana makes one go berserk unless laced with god knows what

Marijuana LEAF is legal now but not the buds (f/m flowers).  Lots of leaf on Lazada for sale.

No it would have been the meth that set him off.  Police found it in his system.  They dont call it yaa ba (crazy drug) for nothing.
