not sure about pattaya, but in hua hin it's between 2500 and 6000baht per meter, depending on how many cracks you want to fix over the coming years.

As an alternative, does anyone know what it costs per linear metre for a 2m high chain wire fence topped with barbed wire?

Cost to include galv poles, concrete, etc.

I wouldn't pay more than 3000 a meter for a quality job.  Actually what we just paid, 1 hr south of Hua Hin.

 

Paid 2000 a meter 3 yrs ago, different crew, though sadly, their paint job need to be redone already.
