What does a Thai person need to show in order to buy a motorbike, obviously would need an income how much and how many months of statements needed?

Yep, money usually works.  All better than part, and the same worldwide, if not all, then simply getting someone (bank, dealer, shark) to trust you for repayment.  

 

Not exactly rocket science.
