It depends on which type of contract you have just now

Pre paid

Or

Post paid

 

I had Dtac and now have AIS Post Paid

I have international roaming activated so I can receive the online banking SMS

 

As long as you use WIFI only you’ll be fine don’t use Data

 

For pre paid you could checked validity with *121*# I think ? it would give duration of plan and current amount

The other question that springs to mind is regarding the AIS app. In order to log in, the app sends you a OTP SMS to the number for you to log into the AIS app. Does this work in a foreign country?
