252 arrivals from 8 African countries asked to report for RT-PCR tests immediately

Thailand’s Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) is appealing for 252 Thais and foreigners, who arrived in Thailand between November 15th and 27th from any of eight African countries affected by Omicron infections, to report to Thai health officials for free RT-PCR tests immediately.

Thailand increases “Blue Zone” destinations to 26, eases more COVID-19 curbs nationwide

Effective from 1 December, 2021, colour-zoning has also been adjusted with more relaxed measures introduced across the country.

Bangkok, 1 December, 2021 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) would like to provide an update on the latest announcement in the Royal Thai Government Gazette that further adjusted colour zoning for different provinces effective from today, bringing the number of the ‘Blue Zone’ destinations from within 17 to 26 provinces and seeing more COVID-19 curbs being eased nationwide.
