Luxury British store chain Selfridges is being sold to Thailand’s Central Group and Austrian property company Signa Holding for an estimated 180 billion baht (USD 5.37 billion).

Central and Signa, which already jointly run major department stores across Europe, said that they reached an agreement to acquire the brand best known for its Oxford Street store in London.
