There you have it, the cases are staying in a pattern for the past 5 days instead if seeing any increase from Omicron as seen in other countries. I suspected we would see this today.   I hop

  • Here is the IHME model on the true number of infections in Thailand. It last updated on the 13th Dec. Its mean average case count then was 31,185. Going by its trajectory it will be far higher now.

  • Thailand now one of the few countries in the world that does nor have a daily covid dashboard updating its statistics on tests, atk etc   PCR test positive cases, total of 2.927 official new

Looks like we have official transitioned to FLURONA.  Now I know that we have gone over the edge.  So an Unvaccinated Pregnant Woman had mild flu like symptoms and when tested they found both the Flu virus and Covid.

Israel confirmed its first case of an individual infected with both the seasonal flu and COVID-19 at the same time, authorities said on Thursday.

The two infections were found in an unvaccinated pregnant woman who had mild symptoms, Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva said. Health officials said it was likely many others have been infected with both viruses, but have not yet been diagnosed, the Ynet news site reported.

The identified case of “flurona,” as some have dubbed it, was relatively mild, according to doctors at Beilinson.

“The disease is the same disease. They’re viral and cause difficulty breathing since both attack the upper respiratory tract,” said Arnon Vizhnitser, the director of the hospital’s gynecology department. The woman was released Thursday from the hospital, which said she was in good condition."

Additionally, they had a 31 year old pregnant woman die of the Flu last week.  Appears the Flu is coming back this year with people relaxing their social distancing and mask wearing.

Myocarditis, which folks have been saying can be caused by a vaccination is also a side effect of the Flu as well.

How fast are they seeing from positive to negative as well?

Someone I know who had it, Delta or Omicron not sure because no PCR, from positive ATK to negative 9 days, day 7 still positive but then everyone who catches will be different.

These numbers can't be real. Omicron is the second most transmissible virus ever. In just a few days, Australia ramped up from a handful of daily cases to 30,000 and it's population is a third of Thailand’s. I'd say that most people who have it aren't getting tested because they have to work.
