If you think it is hot in Thailand think again and come to Western Australia where the temperature reached 50.7 degrees

The only reason why i know it's so hot in Australia,

is because i love the show Aussie gold hunters, and they stop their seasons when it gets to hot.

The hottest i tried was 45 or so in Greece and that was just way to hot for me ????

I'm more comfortable with approx 30 celcius on Samui ????

But i don't think i will ever learn to sleep without air con in Thailand.

It is the humidity what gets me in Thailand not the heat I don't even have an aircon here

I'm used to the humidity since i think we in DK have higher humidity than Thailand in average.

I just know that if it get's below 26 or so in Thailand i start to freeze.

Totally weird.

When i first landed in Thailand it was 25 or so in Phuket, and i thought.

IS THAT IT?

This country is not warm......

In OZ we don't have high humidity unless you live up north (Darwin) which is simular to Singapore

It could be worse. I got an email from my brother (in North East UK) on Tuesday and he said the temperature ranges were between -3 and 8C. BRRRRRRRRRR.

Love Aussie Gold Hunters. Verne was the best. ????

When I travelled there many moons ago, the one day in The Kimberley was around 48 in the shade! Alright at night, but.
Don’t mind high dry heat, humidity with moderate heat is worse. Having said that, I can take either as long as not hungover. ????

Yeah Verne is one of my favorites too.

Also watching gold rush from Yukon, Gold divers from Nome Alaska and the series where they dregde in the wild rivers in the mountains.

My favorites series along with deadliest catch and bloodline which follows their adventures on Hawaii.

4 of them shows has no problems with the heat.

It's cold most of the time, so you might want to try out a gold career in Yukon ????

Personally i would go for the fishing season on Hawaii ????

Love all them gold shows. Yukon Gold was great earlier on… Ken & Guillaume, and Big Al. Standup blokes. ????

Can’t beat pulling money out the ground, though easier going in Oz.

Oh never knew it was that hot, since they seem to constantly battle with permafrost.

If that why they don't record in the summer?

To much slur and everything would just turn into a mud pit?

Any luck in your career hunting the gold?

Must be a great way of making a living if successful.

Now that's taking it like a man!!       ????

Yeah the Aussie heat is a different heat to Thailand.

I step off the plane in Thailand and my first thought is "get me back home"

My wife steps off the plane in Australia and her first thought is "get me back home"

Had some great years, had some shirt years - as in anything.

You can not sluice when the ground is frozen. So those shows film in the summer and release later.

Most try to strip a year ahead - remove the overburden. Then next spring when the sun hits the ground it will thaw, and you keep scraping the thaw and sluice it.
