Trying to access my digital health certificate (covid shots received)…old site down?

I use to go to this website for my current covid shot certification, but does not seem to be working:

Does anyone have a better website with our shot information?

The link is working,it shows all your details have a moderator delete the link from your post

I use the MOR PROM app from playstore

Many options re certificates etc
