Do not fill fully as the gas is cold and when you drive home it will get hot and expand and leak and will become a potential bomb. I noticed this myself after filling the first time. This is why the gas companies do not fully fill them, they are not trying to short change you. I worked for some time in liquid gas production not LPG. I once saw a bottle fly across the production area one day, something you would not forget.
