He explained that his post was intended for the 50,000 people who follow him but the footage got out and was shared elsewhere.

He said he'd taken it down now.

Well that's all right then lad. No charge , you can go home now . Sorry about the misunderstanding and wasting your valuable time. Carry on as you were.

Obviously he shouldn't do that.

But probably he still had the bike under better control than many of those want to be racers who are all the time on the streets.

Yes, I've done that myself, in residential suburbia USA, early morning on a Sunday, so nobody else about.  It's actually very easy to do.  Can't imagine doing it in Chinatown, unless a main open-ish road, as didn't view the vid.

Dead man riding... a matter of time before he kill himself or kill others...

No, or maybe

Lots of stuntmen do "impossible" things with their bikes again and again.

5 offences including scary driving.   I bet there are many more cars/bikes/pickups and buses commiting the same offence on the roads today.

Well that certainly makes it okay

Police were unimpressed and charged him with five offences including negligent and scary driving, driving in an incorrect manner, having no thought for other road users and not having insurance or tax,

Just an the average Thai road user then... But facts are he is a competent rider just doing things not allowed on the highway

It is amusing the way everyone moans about the lack of enforcement, and then when an example of enforcement is posted, everyone moans about how unfair is it that the perp was singled out.
