So basically if there's an incursion onto their territory. I don't think the Russian people are nearly so enthusiastic about attacking Ukraine as Ukrainians are at resisting. In fact, I don't think the Russians are enthusiastic at all. Why else would Putin classify what is clearly a war as a "Special Military Operation"? Of course the Ukrainians are far more motivated.
