My argument is that these Moscow ministries are more legitimate "military" targets than Ukraine's power, port and grain storage facilities. There is also a precedent of reciprocity in war: If one side intentionally targets civilians and civilian infrastructure the other side can respond in kind. Russia has been getting away with massive war crimes since the start of its "special military operation" BS. After being hit, the tank runs at top speed as the drone follows dropping more grenades, eventually disabling the poor tank before blowing it to smithereens. Wait for the final frame.
