AgMech Cowboy Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 Has anyone had experience with Luma Thailand Pass insurance? I've already read evaluations about AXA. I don't really know where to go to learn about LUMA. Would any of you like to recommend an insurance to meet the Thailand entry requirements? I'm leaving on Friday (end of my permission to stay) and will make my application in Cambodia Monday for a new visa. I'll flap my wings home (Pathum Thani) on Friday, 1 April. (I'm actually looking forward to getting away. It's the packing, waiting and airport that I hate). Anyway, please give feedback on Luma (or others). Thanks 1
Polar Bear Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 I've used Luma insurance for multiple Thai Pass applications over the past few months. It's always been accepted without a problem. I've never made a claim though, so I've got no idea what they are like in that regard. 1
triplez Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 Likewise, I've used Luma twice for successful ThailandPass applications. Luma has issued me a simple 1 page letter confirming the coverage amount and time period.
ThaiVisaCentre Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 Theres also MSIG which recently started offering these packages as wellhttps://AQ.in.th/INSURANCE 1 Thai Visa Centre - Visa Agent tvc.co.th/LINE (@thaivisacentre) | tvc.co.th/MAP

Geordieabroad Posted March 24, 2022 Posted March 24, 2022 I just returned to Thailand 3 days ago with Luma insurance included for my Thailand pass. No problems with them and you have the required paperwork via email within seconds
judax Posted March 24, 2022 Posted March 24, 2022 Looking for Thai Pass insurance and don't find as I am 79 years old. So once you are over 75 years old you cannot enter Thailand anymore?

So once you are over 75 years old you cannot enter Thailand anymore? Tough question, but I think it's just a LUMA thing for the age. I'm ten years younger, so I haven't crossed that problem. Good luck. Try APRIL. I saw that @Sheryl uses them, so they must be good. And she gave you advice in previous message.
