Anyone ever use a Notary Public in Pattaya?

Featured Replies

If so, mind telling me where? It's just that I have to get a pension document witnesed for my pension provider in Australia. It's basically attesting to the fact that I'm still alive.

good luck with that ... try the amphur office.

Notary here is 2 people witnessing your signature, no officiating necessary for many things.  Except marrying a foreigner, and that had to be sent to Krung Thep.

There are others, but to the left of immigration there is a licensed attorney who is a notary.

I have done several documents with him sent back to my home country all accepted with no problem.

Magna carta is 2000 thb for an affidavit, I did it two weeks ago.

Thanks, but only require a witness to my signature, so the 500 baht at Euro Law sounds more reasonable.

It can only be done at the Austrailian Embassy in Bangkok.
