Is the Honda Rebel 300 not being made anymore? I went to 4 Honda dealers in Chiang Mai and not one had a Rebel 300 for sale. One of the staffers at one shop told me they have not had one of these bikes in over 4 months. Is it out of production?

Still showing on the Honda Thailand web site, and I've not seen any news about it being discontinued.  The 300 is a good seller, it's the almost identical looking 500 that is a slow seller.

 

Although I did see a report about Honda working on a 300 and 500 Scrambler based on the Rebel, so in future this may replace the Rebel, but I think this is at least a year off.

Pretty sure they had one in the showroom in Samui a  week ago.

 

I think there is a shortage of anyrthing that might have a computer chip in it at the moment due to supply restrictions for various reasons, including the pandemic.

I have a PCX on order. Been told one to two months. Same with cars. Second hand prices are high due to shortages for the same reason.
