Tax on sale if condo & deductions
Isn't it CGT when you sell a property? Then you can make deductions for purchase price and costs, and other outgoings. In the UK, no CGT if it's your sole residence. Talk to a lawyer, as you'll probably need one in any case. In the Philippines they call it CGT but it's a sales tax, and you pay the tax on the sale price, pure and simple. Thoroughly misleading. -

Samsung A53 battery drain - How to investigate
Afternoon all Her indoors' battery is running down far too quickly and has been doing for some time/. She had a new battery installed by Samsung some three months ago so I assume it's to do with Apps running in the background. I've opened "Develper options" in settings and can see App memory usage. How do I diagnose which apps are draining the battery the most please? -

This is when it got suspicious I was dealing with a scammer, of course his last message to me removed all doubts. He offered to bring the bike to Pattaya for a test ride if I transferred 3500 baht for the transport, which would be deducted from the total price. And if I didn't like the bike after viewing it, I would get a full refund of the transport cost, lol
