Thailand’s long-term ‘high potential’ resident visa fee to be halved to ฿50,000

Thailand’s cabinet decided to cut the long-term resident (LTR) visa fee by half on Tuesday, to 50,000 baht, for foreigners who have “high capability or potential” and want to stay in the country for up to ten years, according to Deputy Government Spokesperson Rachada Dhnadirek.

‘Asani’ to bring heavy rain, flash floods to parts of Thailand in next two days

Thai children’s IQ levels on the rise, over 10% above 130

 

 

The average intelligence quotient (IQ) of Thai children is on the rise, from an average of 98.3 in 2016 to 102.8 in 2021, while 10.4% of the students surveyed have an IQ above 130, according to results of a nationwide survey released by the Ministry of Public Health’s Mental Health Department today (Wednesday).
