Siam Rath reported on the arrest of a famous hitman known as "Toy Rap Ro" - named after the sub-district of Chumphon where he hails from.

Thep Satree special forces in conjunction with the Ranong police and military in the south heard that Nirut Krajang, 41, had returned to Thailand after hiding out in Myanmar.

He was named in a Chumporn court warrant for premeditated murder.

After seeing the suspect in a pick-up go into Ranong the authorities waited to ambush him on the return trip on the Kraburi to Rap Ro Road.

When the suspect saw the authorities he abandoned his pick-up and ran off but was soon in custody.

Taken into evidence was a short shotgun, 320 yaba tablets and 26.5 grams of crystal meth.

The suspect admitted that the weapon and the drugs were his. In addition to taking drugs he was dealing too.

He had fled to Myanmar when the arrest warrant was issued and worked for four months in forestry there before he suffered an eye injury.

He returned to Thailand for treatment at a hospital which proved to be his downfall.

He is now in the custody of the Pak Chan police in Ranong.

I cant see any better advertisement for health services in Thailand....Let's add 500 baht to air tickets to support Thais coming back to Thailand for Health care.

Famous Thai hitman , I thought most hitmen like to keep

a  low profile as possible , must just be in the movies......

regards Worgeordie

Famous hit man and Red Hot Chili Peppers fan.

Maybe 'infamous' would be more suitable ?

Specially to support Thai murderers,

That efforts to hide his identity by running a black line over his eyes is really working,

i would't be able to tell him from adam if i mat him in the street...

Did you observe that elaborated finger-pointing at the gon whilst shackled behind the back in the 2nd pic?

Clearly a professional ...!
