Does anyone know if KAAN has reopened its door on Thepprasit Road?

By now one would expect them to reopen. Any chance they're done and over?

I bet most of their previous customers were Chinese so i doubt if they will open anytime soon.

Yes, Kaan had Thai and Korean customers, and even the occasional white devil, but I'd guess it depended a lot on the better-off Chinese tourists. At the other end of the road they built connecting Thepprasit with Soi 8 is the sister theatre, Imagine 79, and that was 100% for the Chinese tour parties. I've seen some activity around Kaan recently, but it's unclear if they're thinking of tarting it up and reopening before the Chinese hordes return or just doing routine maintenance. Imagine 79 remains dilapidated and empty, I pass it regularly and haven't seen any activity there for years.
