Chong Chom border crossing

Hi all, I've been searching and cannot find VOA  cost for Australian using land crossing into Cambodia. I also read that covid insurance is no longer a requirement. I looked in evisa link it says must provide the insurance papers along with lots more. I'd rather pay US$ cash at crossing but need to know how much total cost please. I'm only staying near border for 2 days so don't think insurance will be needed

In my experience it's hit and miss.

Since the baht has been strong against most major foreign currencies, the border officers have been reluctant to accept those currencies.

From memory the VOA fee was $35. The baht fee is 1500. Doesn't take a mathematician to work out why the prefer, sometimes insist on, baht.
