We have a Sinet internet package for the last 3-4 years. Paid monthly. Is it possible to have this connection paused or disconnected for a few months, and then restarted again in 3-6 months time?

My has been paused since March 2020 --------- Guess why?

 

I have always paused it whilst out of the country, restart on return no problem. I go to their desk in the Maya, they are very happy if only for 2 or 3 months otherwise it gets suspended and you have to call the help line to get it re-started, generally takes about half an hour to be up and running again.
