Kasikorn Bank at CW. Update machine not working......again!

I would strongly advise getting yoyr Kbank book updated on a machine on the way to CW when going for an extension or under consideration stamp, especially if you have an 8.30am appointment. Their machine is out of service quite regularly now.

Dreadful service from Kbank at CW seeing that it is an important service from a busy branch

I understand the appointment issue if it's at 8.30am.

Yes the do accept the bank letter the previous day/s.

My experience is that CW prefer to see activity (deposit/withdrawal) on day of application.

I do 100baht with same clerk and she kindly prints out last page of bb.

I deal with Kasikorn.

Yes, opens Mon to Fri at 08.30

But I knocked on the door at 8am and asked if they would only update my bank book as the machine was out of service.

"No, cannot. Sorry. Open at 8.30. Bye."

????

Thailand, the land of the dot matrix printer.

Gives me memories of the past

Be assured that non working machines are not exclusive to Bangkok or Kasikorn bank.

Even worse: book swallowed, "printed" and comes out almost unreadable, ink ribbon exhausted.

That would be because they don't open to the public before 8.30am!

No,  but a quick update would take 30 secs and a long way in customer service.
