arminbkk Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 Hello, Can anyone recommend a good and reasonably priced translation service in Bangkok, that will also do the legalization? I need to translate and legalize documents for passport application for my kids. Any recommendations? Preferably one I could also mail the documents to. Thanks!
perconrad Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 I can recommend "The Holiday Shop". I have used it several times, excellent service in both English and Thai.
arminbkk Posted June 15, 2022 Author Posted June 15, 2022 @perconrad Thanks! They also take care of the legalization?

That was both a married certificate and a divorce certificate. Translation and then Legalization at The Thai Foreign Ministry and at my Embassy.
arminbkk Posted June 15, 2022 Author Posted June 15, 2022 @perconrad: why at the embassy also? They went to your embassy in your stead?

TimF Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 (edited) Hi I recently did this and used an ex-employee of the MFA - good price and will sort the translation, book the MFA appointment and take the translations there to get stamped - she has an office 200m from the MFA building - see the topic I did on this in January - the third to last comment on it (which I wrote) gives you all the details, directions and prices I paid Edited June 15, 2022 by TimF corrected information

Andycoops Posted June 15, 2022 Posted June 15, 2022 Trendy building Soi 13 was the last place I used and had several offices, that was pre covid.
