Thai Rath reported that Muang Chachoengsao police were called after a man died inside a car outside Singh Thong Apartment in Klong Luang Pheng sub-district.

On the back seat of a black Toyota Vios they found Min Min Oo on his side.

Rak Ti-U, also from Myanmar, said the victim moved in with his sister about two months ago. He kept complaining about a pain in his right side but wouldn't go to see a doctor because the pain came and went.

Everybody had gone to work yesterday morning when the pains started again. In the evening he could stand the pain no longer and yelled for help.

As they were getting him into the car he vomited. He thought it must be a ruptured appendix.

Driver Phanom Hormprasert said he'd asked the man if he was okay to go in the car and he replied he was but as soon as they drove off a short way he collapsed and died.

An autopsy is underway.

Maybe didn't see a doctor because he wasn't here legally?

Poor fellah. RIP.

Burst appendix pain is hideous and comes with peritonitis. If I hadn't had prompt treatment back then I'd have had age 42 written on my gravestone.

Come to think of it that number was the Hitchhiker's Guide answer to the question about everything.????

I feel bad for him. Some people won’t seek medical treatment until it’s too late. May he RIP.

But I don’t see how this turned into a news story.  Maybe the only fact is because he died in a car.  People die everyday from illnesses.  Unless they are a celebrity they don’t make the news.

Over the years I have visited the A/ E of a couple of Thai Government hospitals and the question of payment never raised before being treated.

Perhaps that is what he thought

Made the news maybe as a lesson to others.

Lower stomach pain on the right hand side that persists after 6 hours,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.

go,,,,,,

If it bursts, it releases a lot of toxins into the body & it cannot cope under many circumstances.

Get treatment in time, simple & not very expensive

Yes, a mate of mine in the UK had an "impending perforation" appendix whipped out via keyhole surgery a couple of weeks ago, and he was right as rain again within a few days.
