The motorcyclist whose vehicle also ended up in the klong was the only one injured in the accident and was helped to hospital by locals. Our neighbour bought a child seat after a breaking incident had ended with the kiddie slamming his head into the windscreen cracking the glass. This is why ALL thais - and foreigners - should be responsible for the medical bills of those they put in the hospital through accidents like these.
