Should I buy a condo or rent?
Be glad they are doing that. It should help cut down on illegal daily renters. -

What is the potential of this portfolio?
Michael Saylor just purchased $5.4 billion in bitcoin last week, with more purchases to come. I don't think he did that because he thought he would lose money on it. As long as Saylor is confident staying in bitcoin, so am I. He's got a lot more to lose than I do. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/microstrategy-spends-54-billion-buying-another-55000-bitcoins-shares-slide-165131332.html -

Calls for a New Election Surge Amidst Labour's Challenges
The Tories need to get rid of Badenoch as leader within the next few years as she is just another globalist. Huge mistake not going for Jenrick whose policies were aligned with Reform and would have worked with them. With Badenoch as leader (who will not work with Reform) it will be a repeat of this year with several right leaning parties all vying for votes against each other and we know exactly how that will work out. Even with a bankrupt country and IMF bailouts Labour would still win by default due to the nature of the voting system. -

Should I buy a condo or rent?
Rent is typically in the area between 8% and 12% of the investment; Average 10% of 4,000,000 is 400,000 baht/12 = 33,333 baht per month. You cannot use an asked re-sale price for percentage calculation, it's a dream of capital gain and many properties are finally sold with a discount. Now, if mortgage interest i around 6%, and you calculate a condo as business for the owner that rents it out, minimum 8% makes sense; location and market will increase the price. Some properties in prime locations are rented out for more than 12% the initial investment.
