On the contrary. I've bought the entire stretch of buildings on Soi 6. I'm converting them into a Amusement Park and Freak Show. I figured no planning permission would be needed.

I wouldnt worry too much.The amount of coffin dodgers and ex Costa del sol flat owners who have sold up and moved here you wont make much of a difference. Just waiting for a mobility scooter and zimmer frame shop to open.Now theres a thought !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honey pass me the phone!!!!!!!!!
