Three suspects have been arrested at a condominium in Pattaya for allegedly operating online gambling websites.

 

A team from the Police Cyber Task Force (PCT) and the Pattaya City Police raided a room at a condominium in Central Pattaya in Nongprue, Banglamung on Saturday (August 6th).

 

Three Thai suspects have been arrested which are Mr. Pongsiri ‘Oat Sutthipong, 30, Mr. Nattapong ‘Dew’ Witchakit, 25, and Ms. Chonthicha ‘Skip’ Boonlarp, 27.

The problem is on-rampong the money, or in other words getting paid by the average Thai person spending 500 baht.

 

How is that average Thai person going to transfer Thai baht abroad, or indeed any currency? Transfers take time, and gamblers want to play now.

 

This is why websites pay ordinary people to open a bank account for them and give them online access.
