Who is "they"? Having had possibly the most deadly form of COVID, delta, with little effect after vaccinations, I figure my immune system has enough antibodies to last that long.

I feel sorry for people who have no scientific training who get most of their information from internet websites. They have almost zero capacity to understand topics such as probability, statistics and experimental design. Their principal focus is on outliers, such as 19 nuns who allegedly died after Astra-Zeneca vaccination, and they pride themselves on being educated in the school of hard knocks. Those hard knocks are fertile ground for developing conspiracy theorists. It does not occur to them the hard knocks result from poor decisions.

 

As only 1% of the world's population has tertiary qualifications in science and medicine, there's quite a few people to be sorry for.

Yes, that is THE question. I don't know any unjabbed person who has caught Covid, but on the other hand every single person I know who has caught it is either double or triple-jabbed. I'm also seeing lots of inoculated people with strange persistent coughs these days, and just not feeling/looking that great.

 

Now there is one big, obvious, difficult question here that nobody is asking but I suspect everybody is thinking it one way or another.

Yes but the one issue with this reasoning is the presence of the unjabbed who are not getting Covid. It's becoming increasingly difficult to ignore that fact.

Similar profile….. 3 western jabs here ..never any symptoms … can’t believe I never caught it March 2020 when moving through airports full of Chinese then ; Bangkok Milan Frankfurt London….. then last month got Omicron 5 at Central Mall for sure ……lady and son got it from me …… mild symptoms for all…. like a mild flu ……my unvaxxed fit lady hit hardest & longest.. 

 

done at three jabs. Next up for me the inevitable coming winter flu Covid combo jab at pharmacy in October????

I listened only to western professors of immunology or epidemiology or at least western national medical institutes.
 

I was taught to use only the highest standard of specifically qualified sources on all matters.
 

Irrational People just forgotten how to learn properly and apply. Been doing this since age 11.

Vaccines work, climate change is real, gravity is not just a theory.

No vaccine has a perfect safety record. Having said that, the vanishingly small number of deaths that MIGHT have been partly caused by vaccination, and trumpeted in social media as if Armageddon has arrived, pale into insignificance against the millions who have been protected from death or serious incapacitation.

 

One doesn't get to choose with science. People that accept the good bits, such as smartphones and travel in aircraft, are irrational when they reject what they think are the bad bits, such as vaccination and climate change.

We were in the middle of a pandemic, health systems worldwide were pushed past breaking point, vaccinations and masks were the only lights at the end of the tunnel. Only natural medicos, politicians and the majority of the population should regard anti-maskers and anti-vaxxers as selfish idiots.

My niece never had any jabs & had covid twice.

Both times it was little more than a head cold she creezed right thru it.

She is roughly 45 yr old

 

But like you I know tons of jabbed folks & all had covid...some easy version some very hard

All the data coming in from every country in the world confirms that.

 

Personally, I had COVID after two jabs. 3 days of runny nose and sore throat, back in my normal exercise routine after 5 days. My unvaccinated GF had COVID for 10-12 days, with extra symptoms of loss of taste and smell, and headaches. A friend of mine in Chiang Rai, unvaccinated, had fatigue for several months after infection, typical of long COVID.

 

The science and data is saying COVID vaccination works. As it has with a slew of other diseases.  If people who choose not to be vaccinated want to play dice with COVID, their choice, but don't come asking me for crowdfunding as you are heading into an ICU, or a prolonged rehabilitation program.

 

I had my Pfizer booster in February. My strategy is to treat COVID vaccination as an annual event, just like flu, and continue with diet and exercise to keep my immune system strong.
