Region 7 police chief Pol Lt-Gen Thanyuth Wuthijarasthamrong announced yesterday that joint operations by the military, DOPA, immigration and Ao Noi police ohad led to the arrest of 107 illegal migrants.

 

The migrants were picked up at a pineapple plantation in Ban Nong Seua, Muang district of Prachuap Khirikhan province in south/central Thailand. 

 

There were 85 men and 22 women. Their nationalities were not revealed in the Siam Rath story.

 

The chief said that the authorities were doing the bidding of PM Prayuth Chan-ocha, DPM Prawit Wongsuwan and the chief of the RTP and his deputy.

And they arrested and will charge the plantation owner of course?
