It's not a rule that songs inspired by Bangkok have to be in English is it?

Josh is an English guy, grew up in Bangkok, from age 4 to 19 years, now a Singer/Songwriter studying at LIPA, the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.

No, not at all, but it makes it very difficult to compare the two song styles.

One is foreign the other Thai, another one, migrant experience from Issan to Bangkok was always a rich vein for luktung songs, not quite so much these days. Saw this singer Takkedan last Friday, still puts on a good performance, though more upbeat.
