Haval Ultra H6 HEV?

Are these cars worth considering? Appears they are available here but how do they stand up to say a Toyota for reliability and service?

Chinese made, same company as Great Wall SUV's..... for somebody who knows a little about Chinese cars, yes Haval is better then the QQ from Chery  555

Modern Chinese cars are not known for unreliability or bad dealer service.

Your non-Chinese phone wouldn't work very well without its (more likely than not) Chinese battery!

It may be not possible to avoid the CCP produced goods entirely, but it is to avoid them as much as you can. Batteries are hardly comparable to cars. If they were from Taiwan I would consider buying one, CCP Chinese, no way.

Test driven both the H6 and Jolion hybrids here in Thailand and was very impressed. Build quality and performance were very good. Only think I didn't like was the use of too much hard plastic around the dash and doors but it's only a minor irritation.

Waiting on the H6 PHEV with the bigger battery though.

GWM showrooms seem to be springing up everywhere which is reassuring.

I’m also waiting on the H6 PHEV. NEDC range of 201 km (real world, maybe 150?) would be incredible. This would even beat out the all electric Mazda MX30 and also the Nissan Leaf?

This is a good video about future of GWM in Thailand.  Impressive looking setup, down in Rayong. Should be good for the Thai economy and consumers. 
 

If I’m not mistaken, BYD also intends to set up a factory in Thailand soon.

So no apple phones then, which are made in China, or even some of the other cars that are made in China or supplied parts made in China.  Your going to have to look far and wide to find something that has no China connection.

Silly excuse, it's not about avoiding parts but avoiding CCP companies. We should be restricting our support of the Chinese economy as much as possible. Buy Japanese, Korean or American with a few Chinese parts is far more ethical than buying from a red Chinese company.

Yet your still buying something with parts made and bought from the CCP.  Are you sure your not trying to minimize your view now and some CCP parts are ok.  With your original statements, you stated that nothing CCP is appropriate as it is copied from the west........back peddling now.

Never heard of them until Tim Newton said he had bought one. Amazing the amount of CCP supporters there are on here.
