Russian fined 5,000 baht after driving dangerously on Koh Samui - video
From the ones that have one of course. It's not easy to tell who has one and who doesn't. I've seen a lot of posts on here over the years regarding Thai family members not having a licence though. You'd also need effective enforcement for the ones who'd lost their licence and those who never had one in the first place. -

Iran Named in Multiple Attempts to Harm Candidate Trump and to Interfere in US Presidential
There is now significant evidence of Iran's multiple attempts to harm former President and presidential candidate Trump. U.S. intelligence officials briefed Mr. Trump on Tuesday about threats from Iran to assassinate him, Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung said in a statement. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/trump-briefed-ongoing-iranian-threats-assassinate-campaign-says-rcna172588 In July, the FBI had previously disrupted an attempt to harm Mr. Trump. The implicated assassins are alleged to have ties to Iran. https://www.thedailybeast.com/fbi-stopped-plot-to-kill-donald-trump-with-reported-ties-to-iran In addition, Iran associated hackers attacked the Trump election data system and stole confidential information. There was an attempt to sell the information to the Harris campaign. The response was to immediately report the activity to the FBI. None of the above is fake or false. The Trump campaign did not make it up, so please do not go there. Whatever views one holds about Trump, I think we can all agree that trying to harm a presidential candidate is wrong and not acceptable. Nor is hacking acceptable. Something has to be done to send a message to Iran that further activity will be dealt with in a strong manner. What would you do? Targeted removal of the responsible parties? A few well directed missiles? I think both Trump and Harris would prefer to keep conflict with Iran contained for now. A confrontation tends to bolster the popularity of a sitting government, even if by a few points. Trump doesn't want to give those points away. Failing to respond doesn't work in Harris favour. On the other hand, dropping a few bombs on the Ayatollahs would not help Harris at the ballot box either. More sanctions won't work if Iran's enablers of Turkey, India, Germany and China do not cooperate. So what should the USA do? Wait until after the election? Send a message now? or just carry on? Do you think there will be a conflict with Iran in the coming year ? -

My Brother wants to Retire in Thailand(and wants to apply in Thailand).
It depends on where he's flying out of and which airline (I'll let the onward ticket experts comment). I suggest he applies for a non-imm O Retirement visa in his home country. The application only requires you to enter a flight in and out within the 90 days but you don't need to show an actual ticket. Arriving with a non-imm O means he can immediately apply for a bank account to deposit his 800k baht. If he arrives on visa exempt he likely can't open a bank account without paying an agent to do it (about 4500 baht) Once his 800k baht is in his bank account for 2 months he can apply for the 12 month extension of stay for 1900 baht.- 1

An Asian girl to die for?: Definitely. Definitely one of Brando's more interesting films.
Ahem.... I thought that was what we were here for.....? ================== But, back to your meaning.... Yes. I find westerners playing roles meant for Asians to be most objectionable.
