Changing bike Green Book

I am buying a used motorcycle from a guy. I need to know how to go about changing the Green Book to my name. I presume I have to go the nearest Dept. Land Transport office. What documents do I have to take? Obviously passport and Green Book. What else? Thanks.

Proof of address of where you and bike ate kept.

As Kwasaki said proof of address, usually a certificate of residence from immigration. It's good practice to hand over the cash when the paperwork at the DLT is finished.
