Thai Rath reported on developments after a 30 year old woman was stabbed to death in the south of Thailand.

Pornchalee Srinurat initially survived the attack on Sunday in Mokhlan sub-district of Nakhon Sri Thammarat but died later in hospital.

Thasala police obtained an arrest warrant for murder and weapons offences and yesterday Thanwa Pahana, 29, was arrested at a PTT gas station in Sichon district.

He admitted everything. He tested positive for drugs with a purple urine test result and a charge of drug taking was added to the rap sheet.

He said that he did not know the victime but didn't like her face.

She used to sit talking to friends and he took exception to this.

Police said it looked like a panic attack brought on by drug taking.

So the police are giving suspects in murders excuses for their actions,

I would say he's a nutter, making his condition worse with drugs .what

did he have to panic about. but did say he did not like her face .......

regards worgeordie

Hope he goes away for a long time....but he won't!

He was so off-his-face he saw her handbag and thought she was an imminent threat so he stabbed her to make sure she didn't koch him with the offending fashionably coloured carry-all.

Poor woman!

Its a bl.ody dangerous world these days me thinks.

Didn’t like her face or talking to friends so he stabbed her.  He might have been on drugs.  But I don’t think his so called panic attack made him do it.  He was probably a screwball to begin with.  And those drugs he took must have severely effected his mind to do something like that.
