Can anybody recommend a good dentist for children? Somewhere in the city or around the city. We used to go to a first rate dental service  but they seem to have jacked up their prices suddenly and out of line with what other first rate dentists were charging.

Well, the dental service you had before, may just be one that is recommended--if you want :first rate", it does tend to be more expensive.  All of my children have used various dentists at Dentaland--but it is fairly expensive compared to more regular Thai dentists--but it likely is comparable to other "first rate" dentists.
