Lost UK passport with valid retirement extension
Some folk say terminology not important. This thread shows it is. The non O you obtained in Thailand gave a 90 day stamp. (it's used) You subsequently obtained a 12 month extension and purchased (separately) a multi reentry permit. Repeat what you did previously. Enter Thailand visa exempt and obtain a non O at your immigration office. 60 days later with funds having been in bank for 2 months obtain a 12 month extension. For the non O application don't be concerned that funds need to be shown as coming from abroad. Your funds have been in Thai bank account for some time and that requirement should be waived. -
