Storm Noru forces five more airports to close in Vietnam

Five more airports in the central region and the Central Highlands will suspend operations as storm Noru draws near, after five others were closed earlier.

In the Central Highlands, Buon Ma Thuot Airport in Dak Lak Province will be closed from Tuesday to Wednesday noon while Lien Khuong Airport in Lam Dong Province, not far from Da Lat, will be closed from 4 p.m. Tuesday to 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Tuy Hoa Airport in Phu Yen Province will stay closed from 3:30 p.m. Tuesday to 8 a.m. the following day.
