He's either an idiot for coming back or innocent, but even so, you don't come back to a country like Thailand knowing they are looking for you, innocent or otherwise...

If he had an arrest warrant against him then innocent or guilty coming back was a big mistake.

Ok, maybe show that a little bit better next time. Thanks for the effort, though.

Strange, why do they take the first photo at the departure hall.

That's when the suitcase is still full... ????

Is it possible that this was a legitimate fund that did not perform well due to the massive global covid crisis and the fact that everything went to <deleted> for a couple of years?

No.

I love it, CEO sounds great while you are trying to bleed each investor dry. How many other shelf companies is he the CEO of. Soon to be CEO of the Bangkok Hilton's Expat Accomodation Company.

He was also the Operations Director of the Business Class Group. Nowadays this page has disappeared from the Business Class website, and Business Class is careful to say it does not provide investment advice (although it did outsource investment management to Platinum in Hong Kong, interestingly where according to press reports Mark Kirkham apparently bit a policeman at one point).

No it's not possible. Markets have held up quite well in the last three years, and prudent investors will have no complaints.

It is however evidence of another immutable truth.Never deal with investment advisors who are based in Thailand. They are mostly slick yobs (see also Pattaya real estate dealers) with zero ethics.Even the more plausible are generally shysters baffling the lower end of expat society with meaningless jargon.Hyperbole ap[art, if they were any good at their trade, they wouldn't be based here.Thais are not interested in their services.
