I saw a youtube live streamer at a coffee shop up there last month - so it appears to be open.

Its open,was up few days ago,different to what it was years ago,but still open.

Ah yes, not the same as before, it's in the gates towards the temple. Better coffee shop now above the Pattaya City sign

I just had a look, it's about half the size as a couple years ago when it was good

It wasn't the size that mattered, it is in operation, just like the one near the Pattaya City sign.
