I am flexible on the price and location. Somewhere in the Pattaya area.  I am currently living in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom rental house on the darkside, that I am paying 7,000 monthly.  This house is older and needs some repairs.  For a rental, I could pay as much as 25K monthly.  If you have a place for sale/rent,  please send me photos and info. I am looking for a long term rental and can move in immediately. Thanks

Why not look on property websites or FB property groups , that's where properties are advertised for rent ?

     Somewhere in the Pattaya area.   I just edited my post to include "Pattaya area''.

    I had a unit in Hobart in mind. Guess that is too far. Walk around you see signs. Pick a good area walk the streets.

    I could think of a few 25 million baht houses that are available for sale. But foreigner can only own house, not the land, and no loan. Paying cash?

    Easy to find 7k+ condos on facebook marketplace, Pattaya property groups, use the app it's easier
