Can anyone recommend a good outfit for interior detailing, shampooing/wet vac. for upholstery, door panels, roof liner and carpets etc. in Bangkok area.

If you don’t mind driving a bit north, this place does an excellent job at reasonable prices. There’s play areas for the kids plus a few shops including a coffee shop.
