BANGKOK, Nov 7 (TNA) – Prime Minister and Defence Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha can move to another political party at will, said Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwon who promised he would not hold back Gen Prayut.

Gen Prawit who is also the leader of the ruling Palang Pracharath Party (PPRP) said he had not discussed with Gen Prayut the political future of the latter because it would be the decision of Gen Prayut.

Asked to confirm the rumor that Gen Prayut will join the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party, Gen Prawit said the question should be posed with Gen Prayut because it concerned him.

Says the guy who couldn't hold back a shart, nor move anywhere at will, without falling over.

A simple solution would be to rename Palang Pracharath Party as the Non Stop Party - a continual teeth grinding merry dance - throwing shapes instead of their toys, out of their respective prams.

Looks, like prayuth is left without party, unless he brakes the PPP.
That party was braking for over a year, when flower minister thammanat tried to backstab prayuth during censure debate in september 2021. Thammanat was prawit protege at that time.
Thammant was forced to leave, but in the aftermath many top executives left to set up parties backing prayuth as the PM candidate.
Prawit made a deal with thaksin for future coalition government with pheua thai. Just the last week thammanat went to dubai, probably to cement this deal.

unfortunately for prayuth now not many parties are interested. Opinion polls show some 90% want him to disappear.
The aforementioned party stated just 4 days ago, that they are not extending their invitation

Possible disbandonement for illegal funds donated, much like another party whose leader was also convicted and thrown out of holding office...

Prayut CAN NOT run for PM so is looking to be a party head.

PPP knows the writing is on the wall for a lot of them so they are going to rebrand.

The not-so-funny thing is that after the election both of these parties will join together to form an alliance if they think either one can form the government.

Since the fall of the Dem Party and the PT party, this country has had many parties with names so that people that are rich can feel Important and make money.

no, they are still generals, no harm for them. Likely they have their own "an elephant ticket" scheme, as police do.

They are being kept as useful tools for a time.

That before time for another military coup. For example electoral defeat and advance of move forward.

But they are doomed.

So the army will be both the government and the opposition.

Just imagine it, the unelected PM and his sleeping partner up against each other. I wonder who has the most soldiers, guns and tanks? ???? ????
